Matcha Superfood Granola!

 

Enjoy this deliciously healthy granola on your next chia pudding of smoothie bowl!

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp of Prasad Ghee, melted⠀
  • 2 tbsp of honey ⠀
  • 1 cup oats⠀
  • 40 g pumpkin & sunflower seeds ⠀
  • 2 tbsp of Matcha Ninja matcha powder⠀
  • Pinch of cinnamon & sea salt⠀

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. ⠀
  2. Add the ghee and honey to a small bowl and mix thoroughly. ⠀
  1. Add the remaining ingredients and stir until combined. Spread the mixture evenly on the baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes (or until gold brown!).⠀
  2. Enjoy!
