A tasty and nutritious blend of the old-time flavours of mung bean, sorghum flour and brown rice flour. A light and easily digestible and delicious cake.
Ingredients:
Wheat-free blend of mung bean flour, sorghum flour*, brown rice flour, Evaporated cane juice*, cocoa powder, pure vanilla*, baking powder (non-aluminum), Himalayan mineral salt†, xanthum gum.

Cooking Instructions
Cooking Perfect cakes is simple and quick! Preheat over to 350 degrees
- Add ½ cup + 2 tblsp Kokimo Foods cake Mix into a bowl.
- Add ½ cup Water.
- Wisk gently until almost smooth.
- Add 1-2 teaspoon of organic coconut oil (or oil of choice) to pan
- Pour batter into pan and bake for approximately 20 or 30 minutes.
- When the top is lightly browned place a toothpick or fork into center of cake and if the toothpick is free of cake mix you are ready to enjoy.
