Through gentle stone grinding, all vital ingredients of our brown millet are retained in a bio-available form. Eaten in raw form, it has the highest minerals and trace elements content of all grains. Also, it is a major source of Silicium (SILICA) (550mg/100g).

Suggested use:
Mix raw brown millet into muesli, freshly made fruit or vegetable juices, soups, yogurt or raw food. Serve 2 tbsp of brown millet mixed with grated apple as an appetizer, with breakfast or as a snack.
Recipe for revitalizing drink:
1 l of water, 1 mango, 2 tbs of brown millet, 2 tbs almond powder: Mix all ingredients in mixer. Let it sit for 2 minutes then mix again. Enjoy your revitalizing drink!
